Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Representative to support the
Wisconsin Children's Long-Term Support program.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve inquiries from providers, County Waiver
Agencies, and the Department of Health Services
Utilize internal software tools to address questions and issues
effectively
Conduct training sessions for stakeholders and maintain strong
business relationships
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field
Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and healthcare insurance
programs
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
Ability to learn organization-specific software
