seeking an experienced and dynamic B2C Sales Manager to join our
Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an
exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing sales team
in a fast-paced and competitive industry. The successful candidate
will be responsible for developing and implementing sales
strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective B2C sales
strategies to drive sales growth in the manufacturing industry. 2.
Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets. 3.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key
personnel in assigned customer accounts. 4. Negotiate and close
agreements with large customers. 5. Monitor and analyze performance
metrics and suggest improvements. 6. Prepare monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales forecasts. 7. Perform research and identify new
potential customers and new market opportunities. 8. Provide timely
and effective solutions aligned with clients--- needs. 9. Liaise
with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand
consistency. 10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and
ensure sales team members are on board. Qualifications: 1. Proven
work experience of 5 years as a B2C Sales Manager or similar senior
sales role in the manufacturing industry. 2. Ability to measure and
analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). 3. Familiarity
with CRM software. 4. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
5. Hands-on experience with construction and building materials. 6.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for public speaking and
presenting. 7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach
and motivate a team. 8. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
9. Ability to drive and achieve sales targets. 10. Proficiency in
English. 11. BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or
