HVAC Technical Support Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for an HVAC Technical Support Associate to resolve technical issues for local installers and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to explain issues and provide advice on system operation
Diagnose problems and develop solutions for field technicians
Manage escalated customer issues and coordinate installation logistics

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician (service, installing, commercial, residential)
Universal certification for handling refrigerants (EPA certification preferred)
Basic electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics
