Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Professional - Marketing Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance of marketing materials with state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines
Manage workflows and track approval processes for marketing content
Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant on compliance requirements for internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws and regulations
Experience in reviewing marketing materials
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to work East Coast hours
