Job Description:

A company is looking for a Rep, Customer Experience - Remote (Bilingual Spanish).
Key Responsibilities

Provide service support to members and/or providers through various communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
Document details related to Member or Provider inquiries accurately

Required Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
