          • We use a laborist team model with 24/7 midwives and dedicated CRNA and OB on call. We attempt to personalize each birth experience to our patients' desires and needs.
          • We perform couplet care in our postpartum unit to allow the newborn to never have to leave the bedside and promote breastfeeding with the additional of donor milk availability when needed.
