We are looking for the following Candidates:



--- Future real estate agents who are in classes right now
--- Agents brand new to the business
--- Agents who just aren't selling enough to make a living full time
--- Agents who want to grow their brand with a top ranked team in the state


Agents on our team

--- Sell 2-4 houses a month. Our average agent sells over 6 million in business over 30 units a year - we are the longest tenured and nationally ranked team for a reason.
--- We do things a lot different than most teams and brokerages. Don't be like the 89% of realtors who exit the business yearly.

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

--- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
--- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
--- Facilitate the sale of residential real estate.
--- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
--- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
--- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
--- Maintain your Real Estate License
--- No experience is required; willing to train the right person
--- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
--- Excellent customer service skills
--- Team Player

Qualifications:

--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Show a track record of real estate success
--- 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
--- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Must live within 1 hour of headquarters in Downtown Huntsville, AL
