Summary We are seeking a Certified Central Sterile Tech for full-time evening shifts at our health care facility in Franklin, Tennessee. Position Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Previous CSR experience required
Certification from IAHCSMM or CBSPD
Experience in a surgical environment
Ability to lift and transport heavy objects
Flexibility in working hours and ability to work under pressure Performance Standards
- Adherence to CS decontamination area policies and procedures
- Proper assembly and sterilization of instruments
- Monitoring sterilization cycle parameters
- Adherence to storage requirements for sterilized equipment
