Job Description:

A company is looking for a Rights & Permissions Associate (Contractor, P/T) to support the development of educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in clearing, licensing, and reporting on various assets for content teams
Research copyright ownership and obtain necessary permissions from copyright holders
Maintain a permissions tracker and process invoices related to licensing

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years experience with inbound licensing of assets
Experience with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite
Working knowledge of legal concepts related to licensing
Prior negotiating experience is a plus
