Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Development Learner and
Programmatic Success Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Develop metrics to evaluate learner and program effectiveness
Establish and maintain relationships with employers for internships
and job placements
Gather and analyze data on learner and partner performance and
program outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Education and/or Allied Health
At least 3 years of experience in teaching young adults in college
or post-secondary settings
Proven ability to maintain productive partnerships with community
organizations
Strong background in creating and implementing strategies for
outreach and retention
Preferred certifications from professional organizations related to
health information management or healthcare technology
