Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Recovery Resolution Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate, recover, and resolve various types of claims
Facilitate communication with members, providers, and insurance companies
Provide coaching and training to team members on internal processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
1+ years of experience in an operations support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
1+ years of healthcare customer service experience preferred
