Job Family:Patient Account RepresentativeTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties related to processing of overpayments made to the Management Services Organization (MSO). - Such duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Processes returned refunds, scans and validates refund department batches. -
• Communicates issues to management timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills. What You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalentWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
    • Two years of related experience and general knowledge of payor-specific or medical specialty billing.
