You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and any other duties as needed. Responsibilities:

--- Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
--- Prepare meeting spaces for guests to create a welcoming environment
--- Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date
--- Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
--- Social Media Management: Filming, editing, and scheduling daily posts using CapCut (company phone and software provided)
--- Digital Design: Creating presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials using Canva
--- Errands and General Support: Assisting with daily needs in a fast-paced, real estate development environment

Qualifications:

--- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
--- Ability to work independently
--- Graphic design
--- Social media management
