A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, CHCC.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement health promotion campaigns and substance use prevention activities
Manage social media platforms and collaborate with community partners for outreach efforts
Conduct evaluations and reporting for donor-required activities


Required Qualifications and Education

Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or 4-5 years of equivalent experience
Proven success in community collaboration and project administration
Experience in developing and implementing health promotion campaigns
Provisional or Certified Prevention Specialist credential, or willingness to obtain
Strong background in social media and computer applications including Microsoft Office
