Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP of Operations to drive
operational effectiveness and oversee various operational
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations including trade support, new accounts, and
account maintenance
Implement strategic projects related to process improvements and
technology enhancements
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and support audits
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
discipline
10+ years of experience in financial services or broker/dealer
operations
Experience with regulatory examinations and reporting to agencies
like FINRA and SEC
Active FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66, 24, and 53 or 9/10 licenses
Preferred knowledge of Pershing NetX360 platforms
