Our ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. Essential Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
* Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, critical path, float, and schedule variances
* Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources
* Monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
* Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
* Act as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regard to scheduling.
* Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications * 18 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Posses expert level knowledge in the use of Microsoft Project. * Experience working with project management tools that may include Gantt and PERT.
* Proficiency utilizing enterprise-level scheduling software and an understanding of various scheduling tools and their functionalities.
* Clearance: Active SECRET security clearance. #LI-LD1
