Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Analyst II to analyze
healthcare utilization and identify cost reduction
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare utilization to identify patterns, variations,
and outliers
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of medical cost reduction
initiatives
Develop tools for comparing market performance across products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare analytics
Managed care experience is strongly preferred
Experience with healthcare analytics and financial analysis
required
Proficiency in Excel, Transact-SQL, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau
