Job Description:

Summary We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our medical/oncology team. As a part of our healthcare system, you will have the opportunity to provide world-class, compassionate care to our patients. Implement and monitor nursing care in a timely and accurate manner
Revise patient care plans on an individual basis
Assist with patient teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs
Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment
Monitor and report patient's condition, evaluate response to treatment, and modify plan of care
Document accurately and timely
Maintain healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Facilitate staff development
Demonstrate responsibility for assigned communications
Maintain work area and personal appearance professionally
