Job Description:

Summary

Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner Requirements
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Additional certifications may be required based on specific unit assignment Experience
  - Patient care delivery in specific units, such as Oncology, Critical Care, or Emergency Department Key Responsibilities
    - Perform comprehensive patient assessments
    - Plan patient care considering individual needs and attainable outcomes
    - Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies
    - Maintain healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families Physical Requirements
      - Able to communicate in English verbally and legibly
      - Requires prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day
      - Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs
