specified License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: BLS, ACLS,
NIHSS Must-Have: Flu and COVID vaccine required, with medical or
religious exceptions accepted Job Description: - Work in a Medical
Intensive Care Unit (MICU) with a 12-bed capacity. - Maintain a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 2. - Familiarize yourself with
common diagnoses and treatments, including pneumonia, COPD, CHF,
and COVID. - Use Epic for charting and documentation. - Wear navy
blue scrubs as the standard uniform. - Support other units with
tasks such as special procedures involving chest tubes, PEGs, and
tracheostomies as needed. - Work every other weekend as part of the
schedule. - Float to different areas within your skill set as
needed.
