Job Description:

Summary We are seeking a Hospitalist Coordinator to join our team at Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Hospitalist Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based medical care to hospitalized patients. In addition, you will coordinate care for patients at discharge, facilitate hand-off to outpatient physicians, and oversee the administrative and clinical aspects of the hospitalist program. Position Requirements

Current licensure by the State of Tennessee as a medical doctor or osteopathic physician
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current ACLS certification Performance Standards
Assess, evaluate, and clinically manage patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient care plans
Provide information, education, and support to patients and their families
Maintain compliance with applicable regulations
