Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of HR business partners, providing guidance and support
while enhancing their capabilities
Develop and operationalize talent strategies and workforce plans
across the organization
Drive strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective
change management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related
field
Ten years of experience in human resources leadership, preferably
in professional services
Proven ability to enhance the skills of HR business partners
Experience managing high-priority, enterprise-wide projects
Strong track record of building relationships with senior leaders
and C-level executives
