Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Accounting team, including General Ledger, Revenue
Accounting, and SEC Reporting
Lead change management initiatives to improve operational
effectiveness and streamline accounting processes
Manage the monthly close process and ensure compliance with GAAP
and SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
CPA designation required
12+ years of relevant Accounting work experience required
Experience managing an Accounting team at a large company
preferred
Big 4 public accounting and public company experience preferred
Experience in implementing new accounting systems and processes is
a plus
