A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Product
Management - Total Benefits Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategy for Health & Welfare and
Retirement solutions
Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product
launches and updates
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adjust product
strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field
7+ years of experience in product management within benefits
administration
Strong leadership skills with a track record in a large, matrixed
organization
Experience working with large Benefits Administration firms and
Fortune 500 clients
Familiarity with enrollment, payroll, and benefits technology
platforms
