Join a leading global automotive and manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience and multiple locations in North America and Europe! Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to assist the Controller with financial, analytical, and accounting functions. This role involves managing product costs, analyzing operational variances, and generating production metrics. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain transaction checks in MRP system and daily financial reports.
• Analyze labor variances and perform scrap analysis.
• Develop product costs for budgeting and generate weekly variance reports.
• Monitor MRP accuracy and review production transactions.
• Conduct standard cost updates and assist with inventory activities.
• Prepare financial models and support month-end close processes.
• Review customer pricing changes and ensure database accuracy.
• Promote teamwork and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting.
  • Strong background in Automotive or Manufacturing accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (QAD experience preferred). Skills:
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
